In 2004 Noel and Rosalie Marcovecchio spent a week as guests on the Fandango and cruised the Canal du Midi. They immediately realized that this part of France is a watercolor artists’ paradise. Later that year, with the assistance of barge owner Hazel Young, Watercolor France was created to provide this painting experience to artists everywhere. |
